Investors

Personalized vaccines are possible. Access is the problem.

Neoantigen Retriever connects tumour profiling with target selection, validation and personalized vaccine development. We’re building a more affordable workflow with faster turnaround, starting in canine oncology.

01

The problem

Cost

Bespoke workflows are expensive to run per patient.

Turnaround

Many sequential handoffs extend timelines.

Access

Few clinics can reach the full network.

02

Why now

Sequencing

Falling costs make tumour/normal profiling practical.

Computation

Advances in computational biology improve prioritization.

RNA/LNP

Capabilities are increasingly accessible.

03

The product

Neoantigen Retriever: computational pipelines for patient-specific neoantigen discovery and prioritization, coordinated with clinics, sequencing, wet-lab and RNA/LNP partners.

04

Why us

Execution

An open-source prototype with a public walkthrough.

Recognition

Health & Sciences Prize in Google’s Gemma 4 Good Challenge.

Team

Company execution, computational genomics and cancer research.

05

Market opportunity

Our initial focus is veterinary oncology clinics evaluating patient-specific vaccine workflows. We’re developing a clinic-led model, with sequencing, validation and manufacturing coordinated around each case.

We evaluate the opportunity through partner-clinic reach, suitable case volume, workflow uptake and fully loaded per-case economics.

06

Competitive landscape

Our focus is the complete clinic-to-vaccine workflow. We assess alternatives across:

07

Business model hypotheses

Per-case workflow

Clinics access coordinated analysis per patient.

Research partnerships

Collaborative studies with labs and institutions.

Platform licensing

Ecosystem partners access the pipeline.

Our mission

Understand life from first principles.

Life is built from biological primitives and rules that we have only begun to understand. Our goal is to map them, model them, and eventually learn to program them.

We believe that understanding life from first principles can make disease tractable, extend healthy lifespan, and turn biological limits into engineering problems.

Where we begin

We’re starting with personalized cancer vaccines. We connect tumour sequencing, computational target selection, experimental validation, and mRNA delivery.
